We have now sat with hundreds of people. Over 800 women across coaching, retreats, and workshops. And the same thing comes up almost every time. Sleep that will not hold. A mind that loops. A body that braces before the day even starts.
Most of them arrive having tried a lot already. Therapy. Medication. The breathing apps. The books. They understand their nervous system on paper. They still feel stuck.
Here is what we learned. You cannot think your way back to a regulated body. You have to begin where the body begins. With breath. With awareness. The body first, not the body eventually.

We start with your nervous system. Why it matters in relation to your breath, and how to work with your breath to regulate. You meet your breath, the muscles that move it, and the tools that bring you back to yourself. This is the focus of the first workshop together.

Keep it while you move.
We check in. What felt easy, what felt hard, what surprised you. Then we learn to stay with the breath while the body is moving, instead of holding it the second things pick up. The workshop is a moving breath journey, breath and body together.

Stay with it while you feel.
We notice the body and what moves inside it. Where the breath goes when feeling arrives. Holding, and letting be. The workshop is soft: letting feelings be there with a soft breath. We close by bringing all three weeks together, reflecting, and looking at where this is still hard for you.

do i need to be flexible or fit?+
No. The movement is gentle and the breath work meets you where you are. This is about feeling your body, not performing for it.
what if i cannot make a session live?+
Come when you can. Every live session is recorded and lands in your dashboard, so you can stay with the cohort on your own schedule.
how much time does it take?+
One live session a week, plus a few minutes a day with your breath journal. The journal is short on purpose. It is meant to fit a real life.
is this therapy?+
No. This is a somatic program you practice in your own body, in a small live group. If you are working with a therapist, this sits alongside that, not on top of it.
what happens after the three weeks?+
You will know your breath in a way you did not before. For some of you, a question opens about where this is still hard. That is where coaching begins, and we will show you the door if you want it.
